1-on-1 personal training spaces are extremely limited, but are an excellent option for men and women in the Fitchburg / Leominster / Shirley / Central Massachusetts / Worcester County area who are looking for hands on coaching to get REAL RESULTS!

- 1-hour personal training sessions (minimum 1x weekly)
- Personalized nutrition plan & supplement guide designed to help you reach your all-time best look
- Custom designed workout plan that includes “homework” workouts to be completed outside of our sessions (if applicable)
