How The One Rep Max Calculator Works:
The calculator estimates your one-rep max based on the amount of weight you can lift on a given movement, and the number of reps that you can execute in good technique before failure.
For example: Let’s say you know you can lift 200 pounds for 10 reps on the bench press—and after that you can’t get another rep in good form and to tempo. Based on that we can estimate your one rep max (100% of your 1RM) and all other loads as well: your 90% 1RM , 80% 1RM , or 50% 1RM.
Please Note: The 1 Rep Max calculator can be used to work out your approximate 1 REP MAX. These figures are not 100% accurate, but serve as a good guide!
