    Helpful video. I also learned recently that as a diabetic, it makes sense for me to do weight training first then end with cardio because weight training actually will temporarily cause a spike in BG levels. If I end weight training even with a steady cardio workout for 15-20 minutes, I can level out my BG level spike caused by weight training
