Before I turned 40 I decided that I needed to lose some weight and I wanted to get into weight training. I came across Matt Wilbur. From the coaching, meal planning tips and constantly pushing me to do better, I’ve gained overall better eating habits and have a solid workout routine. I went from 230 lbs to 215. I also set a personal goal of being able to bench 225lbs. Today, I benched 225lbs for seven reps.
