Dr. Vince Catteruccia

Dr. Vince Catteruccia is an internationally known Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation Expert recognized for uncovering hidden sources of physical pain and producing lasting solutions for his patients — without medication or surgery.

His natural approach to solving pain is guided by his unique combination of professional credentials including a Ph.D. in Behavior, a Master’s of Science in Kinesiotherapy, and a Master’s of Science in Human Performance. Dr. Vince is also a licensed neuromuscular therapist.

Bill Bickel, Head Coach

Bill is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach who specializes in working with men seeking to reduce body fat and improve overall body composition.

Bill has an effective way of working closely with clients through an educational approach to long term fat loss and techniques focused on maintaining a flexible nutrition and fitness strategy for a permanent lifestyle change.

Bill believes that listening to clients and building a relationship of trust are equally as important as the strategies and techniques he uses to get clients off to an effective starting point in their custom fitness journey.

Shameel Safiq, Coach

Shameel is a Strength & Conditioning coach with experience working with athletes across various sports. Prior to joining The Fitness Rebellion, Shameel worked with the USC Women’s Volleyball Team & Women’s Basketball Team as a strength coach and sport science analyst.

Shameel received his Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition & Food Science from California State University, Chico, and his Master’s degree from the University of Southern California in Biokinesiology. His dissertation focus was on the Contributions of the Ankle in Attenuation of Landing Forces.

Through a multi-disciplinary, client-centered approach, Shameel guides his clients through their fitness journey based on their individual needs, obstacles, and goals.

Katie Bitz, Coach

Katie is a former Division I Athlete and Coach. She trained with the U.S. Women’s Rowing National Team from 2009 – 2012. She is an avid runner and also excels at cycling and strength training. She enjoys seeing what her body and mind are capable of when put to the test.

Katie is a firm believer that our actions make us who we are. She enjoys empowering people through education and accountability. She knows that if you feel good on the inside, you will perform well on the outside, in all aspects of your life. Most importantly, she strives to be the example for what she is teaching.

Gabe Morris, Coach

Gabe has worked with clients of all fitness levels, genders, and ages – from young athletes, to fitness beginners, to bodybuilders.

As a trainer, Gabe emphasizes the importance of teaching clients about “mind muscle connection” and the “why” behind the exercises they’re performing. He believes that there is no “one size fits all” approach to fitness and he respects and fosters the unique strengths each client brings to the table.

Gabe wants to help his clients see changes beyond the mirror and scale and equip them with the knowledge and confidence to tackle their goals both in the gym and outside of it.

Matt Wilbur, Founder & Director of Admissions

Matt is a NASM Certified Personal Training & American Council On Exercise Fitness Nutrition Specialist Specialist with a background in competitive bodybuilding.

Matt took an unconventional path and started off his learning in the trenches from some of the best hypertrophy & strength coaches in the industry. After years of practical experience he decided to take his knowledge to the next level.

His relentless drive, desire to help others, and no bs approach is what truly separates his team from the pack.

Matt DiBara, Founder 

Matt DiBara is co-founder of The Fitness Rebellion, a business owner, dad, and a passionate human when it comes to mastering health and fitness.

Matt’s health journey began when he was in a major car accident at 18 years old and told he needed back surgery and shortly thereafter was diagnosed with lyme disease.

Battling both of these, the answer with the help of Matt Wilbur was the sound principles of a sustainable health and fitness routine. Narrowly escaping the surgery and a life of prescription drugs Matt is now a healthy business-owning dad and receives great pleasure in seeing others overcome their obstacles to being the best dad, leader, and husband they can be.

Caurel Richards, Admissions Coordinator

Caurel Richards is an Anxiety Expert, Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner and Licensed Hypnotherapist. She is people oriented and passionate with an ability to connect with others, giving them a sense of comfort and stability in the face of uncertainty.

Her great emotional depth and intelligence allows others to feel seen, heard and understood. This serves her greatly in her role of Admissions Coordinator as she is the bridge between the premium service offered by The Fitness Rebellion and clients wanting to achieve their health and fitness goals.
