Grilled Chicken, Salsa And Rice Bowl
- 8 oz Chicken Breast
- Mrs Dash Southwest Chipotle Rub
- 1 cup Jasmine Minute Rice
- 2 TBSP Black Bean & Corn Salsa
- ¼ Cup Guacamole
Instructions: Rub chicken breast with southwest chipotle rub, lightly coating the entire breast. Heat grill or grill pan to medium-high. Lightly Spray with 0 cal cooking spray. Place chicken breast onto grill (or grill pan) and sear each side for 1 minute. Reduce heat to medium, flipping the check breast every 4 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees F. Place your 1-minute rice in the microwave for 1-minute. Place rice in a bowl. Cut up chicken and add it to the bowl. Add salsa and guacamole and dig in!
